Cancellation policy
What happens if you need to cancel a transport that has already been confirmed. English translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Italian version prevails.
- No penalty
The customer can cancel the service without any penalty within 24 hours of the booking confirmation.
- 15% penalty
If the booking is cancelled within 24 hours but the pick-up has been confirmed for the following day, the penalty will be equal to the 15% deposit paid at confirmation.
- 15% penalty
If the customer cancels the shipment more than 24 hours after confirmation, the penalty will be equal to the 15% deposit paid at the time of booking.
- 70% penalty
If the transport is cancelled on the day of pick-up because nobody is present, loading is impossible or for other reasons, the penalty will be 70% of the transport cost.
- 70% / 100% penalty
If the transport is cancelled after the pick-up has already taken place, the penalty will be 70% of the transport cost if the customer collects the motorcycle directly from our depot, or 100% if the customer asks us to take the motorcycle back to the place where it was picked up.
