In accordance with art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (Personal Data Protection Code), Traslo S.r.l.s. provides the following information on the use of the personal data you provide.

A – Purposes and methods of processing

The data collected are processed for purposes strictly related to establishing and managing the commercial and contractual relationship between you and Traslo S.r.l.s. (e.g. acquiring pre-contractual information, fulfilling contractual obligations and carrying out operations arising from the contract, administrative and operational management of the relationship, etc.) or to fulfil your specific requests.

With your express consent, personal data will also be processed for promotional or marketing communications, including by email.

Personal data are processed, both manually and with IT and telematic systems, by our duly authorised staff in compliance with the confidentiality and security rules laid down by current legislation; the data collected are stored and processed for the period strictly necessary to achieve the above purposes or to comply with specific legal obligations.

B – Nature of the provision of data and consequences of refusal

Providing personal data is optional, but it is necessary to allow us to carry out the operations described in section A. As expressly provided for by current legislation, the processing of personal data does not require your consent, except for sending you our promotional or marketing communications.

C – Scope of communication and disclosure

The personal data processed may be communicated, always for the purposes set out above, to our business partners; to external parties expressly authorised by us that perform specific functions on behalf of Traslo S.r.l.s. (e.g. bookkeeping and financial statements, tax and insurance obligations, mailing, management of collections and payments, etc.); to public administrations for the performance of institutional functions; and, in anonymous form, for statistical research purposes.

D – Rights of the data subject

Please note that art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 grants the data subject the following rights:

1. to obtain confirmation of the existence of their personal data, even if not yet recorded, and to have such data communicated in an intelligible form; to be informed of their source, of the purposes and methods of processing, of the logic applied, of the identification details of the data controller, of the data processor and of the persons or categories of persons to whom the data may be communicated or who may learn of them as data processors or authorised persons; to obtain the updating, rectification and integration of the data, their erasure, anonymisation or the blocking of data processed unlawfully; and to obtain confirmation that these operations have been notified to any persons to whom the data had been communicated;

2. to object to the processing of their personal data on legitimate grounds or, in any case, where the data are used for sending advertising material, direct marketing or commercial communications, or for market research.

The data controller of your personal data is Traslo S.r.l.s., with administrative offices at Via Varese 13, Pioltello (MI), represented by its President pro tempore; the role of data processor is held by the Managing Director.
