Moto trips
You fly, your bike travels with us
A service for every biker planning tours and trips in Italy and most of Europe.
We plan the shipment with you and deliver the motorcycle when you land at the airport or at agreed locations, with pickup and return at the end of your holiday.
Motorcycle clubs and groups: we can set up partnerships for project-based shipments.
Storage
In the cold months, safe with us
Leave your motorcycle in our storage facilities in Milan, Rome and Reggio Calabria. They’re secure: anti-theft alarms and video surveillance.
Breakdown or accident? If you’ve had unexpected costs, we collect the motorcycle and offer you 15 days of free storage: you spread the cost of getting it home and know it’s somewhere safe.

We usually reply within a few minutes with the price, the available date range for pickup and delivery, and optional extra services. With flexible dates you save 30% on average.

Confirm your booking
Confirm with a 15% deposit and fill in the form with all the details of the shipment.

Pickup, journey, delivery
We schedule your transport and contact the sender and the recipient directly at least 24 hours before the planned pickup and delivery.

How do I prepare my motorcycle for transport?
Leave no more than 1 litre of fuel in the tank, switch off the anti-theft alarm and release the steering lock. Hand over a copy of the registration document and remove the side cases and top case if they stick out too much, packing them separately. Read the full guide (in Italian).
Is the motorcycle insured during the journey?
Yes. Every transport is covered by carrier’s liability insurance. If you need wider cover, we add a supplementary policy tailored to your vehicle.
When do you pick up and deliver the motorcycle?
Your quote already tells you the pickup and delivery days, or the period within which we guarantee to complete the service. In your request you can choose “by”, “after” or “between” for each date.
How can I save on the transport?
Choose the “flexible dates” option in the quote: on average, quotes with flexible dates cost 30% less, because they let us optimise our routes.
Do you also carry scooters, three-wheelers and quads?
Yes: motorcycles, scooters, three-wheelers and quads. In a single request you can add up to 6 vehicles, plus top cases, side cases, helmets, paddock stands or boxes.
My motorcycle doesn’t run: can you collect it?
Yes, just say so in the quote. If you’ve had a breakdown or an accident, we collect the motorcycle and offer you 15 days of free storage, so you can spread the cost of getting it home.
Do you transport abroad?
Yes, all over Europe: the international service is carried out by TrasloMoto or together with one of our specialised partner carriers.
Can I cancel my booking?
Within 24 hours of confirming you can cancel free of charge, unless the pickup is already scheduled for the next day. After that, the penalty equals the 15% deposit. Read the cancellation policy (in Italian).
